Common questions

Before you order

Can it support payment systems in my country?

Payment options depend on the destination provider and device. Confirm protocol, physical mounting, network and certification before the order.

Who owns the telemetry data?

Cloud platform, SIM cost, data access, dashboard accounts and API rights should be written into the project scope.

Do you support OEM branding?

Cabinet graphics, labels, interface language and selected hardware options can be scoped for qualified orders.

FL-FF-22 fresh-meal reference configuration

Validate refrigeration, heating and spill-safe delivery with the actual boxed meal.

The supplied reference sheet adds numeric cabinet and meal-box data. Its cycle time and temperature claims remain conditional on the final meal, loading, heating module, ambient conditions and destination food-service rules.

Technical FAQ

Questions to close before ordering.

Answers remain tied to the selected model, destination and contracted scope.

How many boxed meals fit in FL-FF-22?

The source states approximately 120–200 boxes across 28 standard channels, with up to 32 channels. Actual capacity requires the final L × W × H dimensions, weight, rigidity and channel drawing.

Can it dispense soup and noodles without spilling?

The movable XY platform and horizontal delivery path are intended to reduce tipping. The actual sealed container must pass repeated full-load delivery and collection tests; no universal spill-free claim is made.

Can every meal be heated in under 75 seconds?

No. Under 75 seconds is a source reference. Starting temperature, portion mass, food composition, container material, heater configuration and safe endpoint must be validated for each approved recipe.

Is 55°C a safe serving or hot-holding temperature?

The source lists an optional heating temperature up to 55°C, but local food rules and recipe validation may require different endpoints. Foodline does not treat 55°C as universal proof of safe cooking, reheating or hot holding.

What temperature range does the machine provide?

The supplied sheet states 4–25°C, but this is not a universal fresh-food storage claim. The selected refrigeration/heating build must be tested against the exact products, loading condition, ambient temperature and operator food-safety plan.

Can the machine stop selling expired food?

Expiry blocking can be scoped only after the software, SKU date-entry method, operator permissions, clock settings and exception procedure are defined and tested.

Can it use card payment outside China?

WeChat Pay, Alipay and JD Pay are source-market references. The destination terminal, merchant account, protocol, mounting, network, refund behavior and approval must be confirmed separately.

Does the machine itself make the food operation compliant?

No. Product approval, cold chain, allergen information, loading, cleaning, monitoring and local operating permission remain project- and jurisdiction-specific.

What is required for an accurate quotation?

Share the destination, quantity, SKU dimensions, temperature workflow, payment terminal and installation conditions.

Can the machine use a local payment terminal?

The exact terminal, MDB version, mounting, merchant account, network and destination approval must be reviewed together.

Which compliance documents are included?

Documents are confirmed against the quoted model, BOM and destination. A logo or unrelated certificate is not treated as universal approval.

How are lead time and MOQ confirmed?

MOQ and production timing are stated after the configuration, artwork, buyer-supplied devices and acceptance scope are frozen.

Can spare parts ship with the machine?

A recommended spare-parts list can be prepared from the final BOM and packed with the machine or supplied later.

Detailed buyer requirements

Healthy food vending machines for fresh meals and chilled products

Match the supplier storage instruction, package dimensions, loaded-cabinet temperature recovery, expiry blocking, gentle delivery, cleaning and operator food-safety plan to the exact menu and site ambient condition.

Fresh-food release file

Approve the meal workflow with representative packs.

Cold-chain, delivery and heating claims must be validated using the buyer’s actual container and menu—not a generic cabinet test.

  • Measure the largest, smallest and liquid-containing meal packs against the final channel drawing.
  • Map loaded temperature recovery and door-open recovery at the agreed site ambient condition.
  • Run repeated delivery, collection, spill, expiry-lockout and refund exception tests.
  • Record cleaning access, refill responsibility, date-entry method and disposal workflow.
