Four inspection gates before release.
1. Incoming quality control
Check stainless-steel material records and the specified motors, controllers, sensors and electrical components before use.
2. In-process quality control
Inspect sheet-metal, welding and assembly work at the responsible factory, with Foodline technical sampling where included in the project scope.
3. Outgoing machine test
Run the agreed functional simulation, electrical, temperature or pressure checks and up to 72 hours of powered aging where applicable to the quoted machine.
4. Pre-shipment release
Confirm appearance, nameplate, labels, packing and contracted evidence before dispatch. Independent witnessed inspection can be arranged at the buyer's cost.
Documents and parts planned with the machine.
- Standard one-year warranty for covered core components, subject to the sales contract
- English remote commissioning and video troubleshooting support
- Installation, operation and maintenance manuals within the contracted document set
- BOM-based recommended spare-parts list and commonly used wear parts
- Spare parts packed with the machine or supplied later by courier or freight
- Paid third-party on-site commissioning can be coordinated where available
Technical support targets a response within 24 hours. Resolution time depends on diagnostics, time zone, parts and site access.
Verify the document against the exact model.
CE and ISO references are not presented as universal approval for every machine or destination.
Model-specific conformity
Applicable vending and food-equipment projects may include Machinery, Low Voltage and EMC conformity evidence. Request the certificate, report, model list and issuing body before ordering.
