Evidence to keep with the shipment
- Machine and packed dimensions, net weight and gross weight
- Serial number and condition before the package is closed
- Internal shelf, channel, screen and refrigeration restraints
- Corner protection, moisture barrier, carton, pallet or wooden case specification
- Forklift points, handling marks and container-loading photographs
- Arrival inspection and carrier-damage reporting procedure

Send the destination, unloading method and any solid-wood treatment requirements so the quotation can define the appropriate export package.
