Identify the exact devices

  • Record the terminal manufacturer, model, hardware revision and MDB cable.
  • Record coin mechanism, bill validator and any cashless device that shares the bus.
  • Confirm controller firmware and whether the buyer or supplier provides the physical devices.

Confirm the commercial account

  • A payment terminal may require acquiring, merchant onboarding, SIM service and country approval.
  • Clarify whether the buyer buys the terminal locally or ships one to the factory for testing.
  • Document subscription fees, settlement currency, refund behavior and account ownership.

Test real transaction cases

  • Test successful vend, failed vend, sold-out selection, timeout, cancellation, refund and loss of network.
  • Confirm prices, decimal handling, currency, offline rules and the maximum vend amount.
  • Check that telemetry and inventory records match the final transaction result.

Keep integration evidence

  • Record wiring, mounting, firmware and configuration values for after-sales service.
  • Save a short acceptance video and transaction log for the exact test device.
  • Do not extend one successful terminal test into a blanket compatibility claim for other models.

Prepare a configuration review
