Common questions

Before you order

Can it support payment systems in my country?

Payment options depend on the destination provider and device. Confirm protocol, physical mounting, network and certification before the order.

Who owns the telemetry data?

Cloud platform, SIM cost, data access, dashboard accounts and API rights should be written into the project scope.

Do you support OEM branding?

Cabinet graphics, labels, interface language and selected hardware options can be scoped for qualified orders.

Pet snack retail scope

Match packaged pet products to the channel, payment and operator routine.

The supplied operating manual describes a dry packaged pet-snack workflow. The quotation must still connect every parameter, conformity document and option to the exact production model.

Technical FAQ

Questions to close before ordering.

Answers remain tied to the selected model, destination and contracted scope.

Can the machine sell wet pet food?

Not under the supplied dry-snack operating scope. Wet, chilled or perishable pet food requires a separately validated refrigeration, hygiene, packaging and expiry-control configuration.

Which payment methods are included?

Project-specific / Confirm before quotation. The manual lists cash, coin, card, QR and e-payment as possible checks, but only devices named in the quotation and factory acceptance record are included.

How often should operators maintain the machine?

The supplied reference workflow calls for daily cleaning, weekly checks of locks, hinges, safety devices and power connections, plus monthly touchscreen, wiring, software, network and ventilation inspection.

Does the manual prove CE compliance for every pet-snack machine?

No. Directive and standard references in a manual are not a substitute for the exact declaration, certificate or test report covering the quoted model and BOM.

What is required for an accurate quotation?

Share the destination, quantity, SKU dimensions, temperature workflow, payment terminal and installation conditions.

Can the machine use a local payment terminal?

The exact terminal, MDB version, mounting, merchant account, network and destination approval must be reviewed together.

Which compliance documents are included?

Documents are confirmed against the quoted model, BOM and destination. A logo or unrelated certificate is not treated as universal approval.

How are lead time and MOQ confirmed?

MOQ and production timing are stated after the configuration, artwork, buyer-supplied devices and acceptance scope are frozen.

Can spare parts ship with the machine?

A recommended spare-parts list can be prepared from the final BOM and packed with the machine or supplied later.

Compliance boundary

Confirm legality before configuration becomes an order.

Foodline can scope hardware, software and third-party integration, but the buyer and operator must verify the product, location, licensing, privacy and operating rules in the destination jurisdiction.

Project-specific checks
  • The supplied reference manual covers packaged dry pet products only; liquids, wet food, perishables, sharp items and unpackaged goods require a separate engineering and safety review.
  • Electrical, EMC, machinery, food-contact and destination-market documents must be verified against the exact model, BOM, certificate holder and current test file before quotation.
