Common questions

Before you order

Can it support payment systems in my country?

Payment options depend on the destination provider and device. Confirm protocol, physical mounting, network and certification before the order.

Who owns the telemetry data?

Cloud platform, SIM cost, data access, dashboard accounts and API rights should be written into the project scope.

Do you support OEM branding?

Cabinet graphics, labels, interface language and selected hardware options can be scoped for qualified orders.

Documented reference configuration

Specify the fryer, recipe and site utilities as one controlled system.

The supplied quotation workbook confirms the current general reference configuration. The separate AI020 LVD/EMC files document a differently rated tested sample, so the final quotation, BOM, nameplate and factory acceptance record remain controlling documents.

Export preparation

Packing & shipping

Remove or secure oil pans, frying baskets and loose ingredient boxes; drain all oil; retain transport restraints; protect the touchscreen and collection outlet; state packed dimensions, gross weight, center of gravity, upright handling and destination unloading requirements. A 40-foot container is estimated to hold about 6–9 machines, subject to the approved wooden-case and loading plan.

Technical FAQ

Questions to close before ordering.

Answers remain tied to the selected model, destination and contracted scope.

Which electrical specification should I use?

The current general sales configuration is 660W standby and 6000W operating power. The separate AI020 test file records a 9300W tested sample, so it is not site-installation data for the current sales configuration. Use only the model-specific Foodline quotation, circuit requirement and final nameplate for site preparation.

How many machines fit in a 40-foot container?

Approximately 6–9 machines as an early planning reference. Final quantity is confirmed after wooden-case dimensions, gross weight, loading direction, restraint and destination handling requirements are frozen.

Does the machine have CE documentation?

A supplied LVD certificate identifies model AI020, certificate TST20240701928-1SC and report TST20240701928-1SR under Guangzhou IPLAYSMART Technology Co., Ltd. A supplied EMC report TST20240701928-2ER states compliance of the tested AI020 sample with Directive 2014/30/EU. These documents apply to the tested sample and named holder only.

How fast does it cook French fries?

Cooking time is recipe-specific. The supplied material includes example temperature/time settings, but the contracted recipe must be validated with the actual frozen product, portion weight, oil load and serving-temperature target.

What must the operator do before commissioning?

Install the oil pans and frying basket, orient the ingredient boxes correctly, remove specified transport cable ties before power-on, connect the approved site power and network, then complete cleaning, safety and test-vend checks.

Can the machine be installed anywhere?

No. Power capacity, ventilation, odor control, fire safety, drainage or oil handling, food permits, cleaning procedures, allergen information and accessibility must be approved for the actual site.

Can Foodline customize branding and payment?

Yes, after artwork, interface language, payment terminal, acquiring account, network and destination requirements are reviewed. Inclusion is confirmed only in the signed quotation and factory acceptance record.

Compliance boundary

Confirm legality before configuration becomes an order.

Foodline can scope hardware, software and third-party integration, but the buyer and operator must verify the product, location, licensing, privacy and operating rules in the destination jurisdiction.

Project-specific checks
  • Available LVD and EMC files identify Guangzhou IPLAYSMART Technology Co., Ltd. as applicant and manufacturer and cover the tested AI020 sample only; they are not blanket Foodline certification.
  • The current sales reference is 660W standby and 6000W operating power. The AI020 test file records a different 9300W tested configuration and is not installation data for the current sales configuration.
  • Recipe validation, oil handling, allergen information, ventilation, fire controls, cleaning and local food-service permission remain project- and jurisdiction-specific.
