The current general sales configuration is 660W standby and 6000W operating power. The separate AI020 test file records a 9300W tested sample, so it is not site-installation data for the current sales configuration. Use only the model-specific Foodline quotation, circuit requirement and final nameplate for site preparation.
How many machines fit in a 40-foot container?
Approximately 6–9 machines as an early planning reference. Final quantity is confirmed after wooden-case dimensions, gross weight, loading direction, restraint and destination handling requirements are frozen.
Does the machine have CE documentation?
A supplied LVD certificate identifies model AI020, certificate TST20240701928-1SC and report TST20240701928-1SR under Guangzhou IPLAYSMART Technology Co., Ltd. A supplied EMC report TST20240701928-2ER states compliance of the tested AI020 sample with Directive 2014/30/EU. These documents apply to the tested sample and named holder only.
How fast does it cook French fries?
Cooking time is recipe-specific. The supplied material includes example temperature/time settings, but the contracted recipe must be validated with the actual frozen product, portion weight, oil load and serving-temperature target.
What must the operator do before commissioning?
Install the oil pans and frying basket, orient the ingredient boxes correctly, remove specified transport cable ties before power-on, connect the approved site power and network, then complete cleaning, safety and test-vend checks.
Can the machine be installed anywhere?
No. Power capacity, ventilation, odor control, fire safety, drainage or oil handling, food permits, cleaning procedures, allergen information and accessibility must be approved for the actual site.

Yes, after artwork, interface language, payment terminal, acquiring account, network and destination requirements are reviewed. Inclusion is confirmed only in the signed quotation and factory acceptance record.
