Record shipping dimensions
- Confirm machine dimensions separately from packed dimensions and record net and gross weight.
- Check forklift access, lifting restrictions and whether accessories ship inside or separately.
- Confirm the destination doorway, unloading equipment and path to the installation point.
Choose protection for the route
- Use surface protection, corner reinforcement and internal restraint appropriate to the cabinet.
- Decide whether the route needs a pallet, reinforced carton or wooden case.
- Confirm destination requirements for solid-wood treatment and marking before packing.
Inspect before closing the package
- Photograph cabinet condition, screen, glass, locks, accessories and serial number.
- Secure shelves, channels, refrigeration parts and payment hardware against transport movement.
- Place manuals, keys, cables and spare parts in a recorded accessory package.
Plan arrival inspection
- The receiver should photograph external damage before removing packaging.
- Check tilt or impact indicators where used, then inspect glass, cabinet alignment and internal restraints.
- Keep packaging until functional checks are complete and report carrier damage within the required period.
